Diversity AdvantageRelying on luck to avoid sexual harassment claims is negligent and may have expensive consequences.  This training delves into the issues that confront HR professionals, supervisors and managers when dealing with allegations of sexual harassment. A good HR team is able to recognize behaviors that constitute sexual harassment as well as how to properly address the situation. In this training, HR professionals, managers and supervisors will learn about the behaviors that constitute sexual harassment, gain an understanding of the legal problems it can cause, and receive guidance on enforcing your company's sexual harassment policy.

Some of the largest settlements in sexual harassment cases have been awarded in Illinois.  Even if your organization can sustain the financial storm brought on by litigation, the stigma associated with such claims can have a negative impact on your bottom line. Sexual harassment in the workplace is preventable. Learn how to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.   (3 hours)
